Return & Refund Policy

At Flex Force, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Conditions for Returns

Due to health and safety regulations regarding nutritional supplements, we can only accept returns under the following strict conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Supplements must be completely unopened, unused, and still possess their original, unbroken factory seal.
• Gym accessories and apparel must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
• You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, any opened nutritional supplements, protein powders, or vitamins cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to our Bekaa location. Please note that shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment or issued as store credit.
